I am a leader with extensive experience in b2b sales, brand development, and communications. I lead creative teams that add to top line growth through winning designs, and boost the bottom line by doing so effectively and efficiently, keeping an eye towards data to drive creative strategies.
I build consensus by listening to all points of view. I motivate others to do their best work by removing obstacles. I contribute far more than just creative ideas and design ability to the teams I am on – my job is to lift the voices of others.
I believe in extreme ownership – the humility to confront and own any setback, and develop a plan to overcome it and succeed. I am not motivated by ego or personal agenda. I am driven by the energy of creativity that abounds when assets, resources, and relationships are in perfect harmony.
