I led a large creative effort to help Ford Motor Company establish furniture guidelines that would ensure consistency across global locations. 

Working alongside cross-functional teams of account managers, interior designers, and visualizers, I carefully curated renderings for consistency and developed an organized layout based on client feedback. This collaborative effort culminated in a comprehensive guide that provided clear specifications, but also flexibility in design and budget. 

The implementation of these guidelines resulted in a 22% increase in sales during the first year – a testament to the effectiveness of the guidelines and the value they provided the customer.
